hi... I gave my baby cake to eat as his 1st birthday... is it ok

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist6 years agoA. yes, dear mum, it's fine to give cake on your child's birthday. however do not give it regularly to your baby because it is high in sugar, colour, flavor and hence extremely unhealthy.

Give home made fresh food to the baby everything that you make at home for the family but with minimal spices. Three meals snacks fruits vegetables dairy products etc to the baby
