Q.

Hi...I breastfeed my 11 month old daughter...I am under essential services., so covid vaccine is to be given to me. Is it safe for my baby?

A. yes obviously you should take covid vaccination. it won't harm your child. give breastmilk more as it contains lots of antibodies that build baby immunity and protects from all viral infections

A. Hi mom Yes you can take Stay hydrated Do some light exercise yoga regularly Maintain hygiene Maintain hydration Give two liquid diet followed by BM or formula milk Give seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana khichadi curd rice dal rice etc
