Hi, I bought Babyhug opal 3 in 1 rocker cum sleeper from firstcry. We assembled it throught video tutorial available on YouTube by firstcry. the problem is we are not able to convert it into rocker and not able to change reclining position. We tried to re-assemble it but the problem is still there. please help.
