hi i am shoun, i had c section delivry three months back can i take dashmularisht. if yes what are the benefits of dashmularisht and how many times a day i shuld take that

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 7 years agoA. Regular exercise and yoga is very necessary to maintain health after delivery. Avoid heavy exercise like jumping or skipping. Application of tila tail every morning is also good. Kandharasana for your pelvic area, Bhujanga Asana to strengthen your abdomen muscles and tone them.Tadasana or mountain pose is great for your whole body. after 6-7months you can do complex yoga poses like the Surya Namaskara. Take syp dashmularishta twice a day for 1month.

It reduces the vata guna increased during the delivery process. And thus reduces the complications occuring after delivery. It helps maintain health after delivery. Body remains fit. Continue till six months after delivery.
