hi. I am pregnant with twins. 33 weeks.i am feeling verryyy heavy and can't sit or stand and walk. very difficult. baby movement also not as strong as earlier. I feel it's light now plus tummy gets tight. is this something to worry about or should I call the doctor?

Eat more of fruits and vegetables and lots of fluids too dailySee you can show to a gynac and get the right opinion as it needs examination and check up in person.

yes it is better to consult your gynecologist for once .
take healthy and well blanaced diet.
keep your body well hydrated.
take enough sleep.
maintain good hygiene.
