Hi, I am mother of 6 month old baby and exclusively breastfeeding from the beginning. I have got foot pain recently and it is severe when I am standing. Can you please advice. I am already taking calcium and vitamin D supplements.

A. you can also change your footwear and also go for the physiotherapy there may be some any other problem for that you have to consult an orthopaedic surgeon . . .
