hi I am mother of 5 years old boy I stopped give milk to at age of 2 years after that i have increased my weight, and color complexion also changed I am getting period very early for 20 to 24 dys can you people suggest anything

I think your hormones are disturbed which is why you are facing this kind of an issue you should consult a gynaecologist once your hormones are in into place you’ll definitely see a better meant into the issues you are facing right now and things are going to get better over the period
