hi I am mother of 4 months old baby. Wanted to know when does the baby starts responding to sounds

ideally, babies start responding to sounds from the very beginning of their lives.
even in the womb,they can actually hear sounds from outside world as early as 18 weeks gestation.
however, they actually start responding to their parents voice around age of 3 months
and at age around 4 to 6 months they become more interactive with sounds
