Hi i am mother of 4 months girl and i am breastfeeding. I have gas problem more than a month on the left side near the hip. While i yarn or burp it pains on the bone. Frequently the gas pain comes and go

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom you have to be very mindful of what you are consuming as you need to avoid gas forming foods and use hing in your meals and also regular use of jeera or ajwain or saunf water is helpful
