hi I am mother of 2 kids who are 3.7 yrs and another one is 7 months old, I my weight is 87kg now it's been almost 7 months after my csection still I didn't start any work or diet. now I planning to start a diet please help me to with some diet chart and exercise.

A. hi You can do this to lose weight 1. Exercise daily for 45 minutes 2. Include Vegetable, salads, curd, Buttermilk, oats, sprouts, skim milk. low fat paneer, egg whites, for good nutrition 3. Avoid sugar, sweets, junk foods, fried foods, bakery foods, biscuits chocolate

A. Hello dear parent, you should eat well and healthy diet. Include salads and protein in your diet. Eat green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits. Drink lots of water. Avoid sugar and maida totally. Avoid munching in between meal time. Do simple exercises. Consult dietician for proper diet chart. As she would consider your current health status and provide you.
