A. Hello mom Now your baby is almost 1 year old so you can start doing yoga regularly. Yoga is very effective in losing pregnancy weight. Do yoga at least for 40 minutes every morning. Also cut the calories intake and add more fibre in your regular diet plan to lose weight fast. Stay home stay safe Happy parenting
