hi I am mother of 1 year 4 months baby. She eats solid food, but also have cow's milk 4 times in 24 hrs( early morning, afternoon, evening and night). Is it okay to give that much milk at this age Thanks

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear mum, the total milk requirements for your baby at this age should be at least 500 ml. This should include milk products like curd, paneer, cheese and breastfeed as well.

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy3 years agoA. hello you can give your child total milk of around 500 ml in a day which should be sufficient enough for the child and do not give too much of milk also and limit it to 500 ml and you can divide it for 4 times on a day which should be safe not a problem
