Actually a lot of women face different different problems during the time of pregnancy especially for initial 12 weeks so if you surviving on fruits but you’re eating good fruits healthy fruits having milk having plenty of fluids then it’s good but you know protein content is very important for you right now so if you’re unable to eat much you can check with the doctor if you can have any good protein powder because this is not going to be enough for You in the progressing pregnancy you have to have a good diet so at least have protein powder if nothing else you are unable to digest try and have more of soups and more of liquid based diet
