Hi I am having gtt 185 ......and having low placenta......had cerclage at 17th week of pregnancy.....in tiffa scan doctor found echogenic intracardiac focus.......I am in too much stress about my pregnancy.....in bed rest......now doctor suggested 2d echo .......what are the precautions should I take.....

Your Gynecologist will give you the proper guidance regarding this after doing a proper examination tuand then only some needful advice can be given regarding this . so please consult your doctor once. Ine geneeral you should take a healthy diet for yourself with plenty of liquids and also get a routine check up done
