Q.

Hi, I am having 2.5months old twin babies. Can I give cow milk or formula milk to my babies because mother feeding is not enough now to them. plz suggest..

A. Dear ma’am, cow milk not to be given before one year as it can cause allergy. And formula decision has to be suggested by your doctor based on baby’s growth (weight gain). A good latch and frequent breastfeeding will help improve the milk supply naturally and make sure the mother is well nourished and hydrated. I would also suggest her to get hands on help from a certified lactation consultant
