Q.
Hi I am formula fed Mikey my one month old baby after bottles feeding tends to grunting and stretching after feeding during nights..and sometimes he spilt some milk inspite of burping also. why is he grunting and stretching after feeding?

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. this means the amount is too much.cut on it.See rest more you can try to give a healthy diet and see a doctor there fir more adviceSee try to consult to a good pediatrician there who will do a full check up and tell the diagnosis

Neelam sharmaMom of a 15 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. this is normal in infants to make some sounds sometimes, and baby is stretching themselves as they may be tired more and its good for him ,you can give massage to baby twice a day .
and baby puke or vomit the extra milk as they can't hold on their stomach much because their appetite is low and still developing
do give burp after every feed to baby so that milk will digest fully
