Hi I am feeding mom of 3 months old baby.. My baby is having gas problem so much in night and day also. I m giving neopeptine almost daily bcoz of gas . I want to know what's d reason and any thing to get rid of it . And is it bcoz what I eat??

A. As a breast feeding mom you should avoid heavy oily fried foods and eat more fruits and cruciferous vegetables and drink plenty of water and apply hing paste around the naval and give bonnisan drops and give tummy time to baby
