Hi, I am diarrhoea from past 3 days. I breastfeed my 2 year old daughter. Now, she is also getting diarrhoea.. Any suggestion how to treat myself and my daughter.

keep your self well hydrated.. take plenty of water fluids... you can take ors solution..
apply coconut oil on tummy area and gently massage in circular motion..
