hi I am breastfeeding mother ,from last few weeks I deel weekness ,can I take AtoZ gold capsule ,it's a multivitamins table ,is their any effect on my chid.

A. It is best to get your blood work done and get a physical assessment done too. blood work including hormones and vitamins under the guidance of your GP/Gynan. Same goes for medication please consult for a prescription

A. hello, since you are a breastfeeding mom, please check eith your gynaecologist about the capsule as every body is different and every tablet may not be suitable. till then i would recommend you to have healthy food. increase fruits and vegetables intake. you should also take proper rest with the baby
