hi..i am a working women and my daughter is 41days old..now i am doing breastfeeding and sometimes formula feeding also..when should i start giving her cow milk? is it good for my child? some people are saying cow milk is not good for babies under 2yrs.

A. Hi mom Cow milk or buffaflo milk is not recommended for the babies below one year. It will be difficult for the baby to digest it. Mother should exclusive breast feed her baby till six months. If ur bm is insufficient then u can give formula milk to ur baby
