Hi I am a working mom. if i want to keep feeding my baby till 2 years. is it necessary to express milk in midst in day. or is it fine if only at night I feed him. milk flow will be stable if I only feed at night. please guide.

A. Hello dear parent! Morning and Night feeding should be enough. Rest of the nutrition should come from healthy solids. Gradually include all food groups in your child’s diet that is healthy and staple in your family. Keep Woodward’s gripe water handy
