Hi. I am a mother of two. when ever my kids I'll, they become normal only if my doctor prescribes an antibiotic. but I am worried if it is okay to give an antibiotic always. what if they become antibiotics resistant??

A. Hello my dear parent! Yes, antibiotics do affect your child’s health in the long run. In that case, increase the natural probiotic intake of your children. Try to increase the immunity naturally. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green, leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in your child’s daily diet. Speak to your doctor for further guidance.
