Q.

Hi, I am a mother of 2year kid. I just noticed my kid got some white spot on one of his teeth and then I noticed 3of his teeth have brown spots and it's cavity as he eats too much of chocolate and also breastfeeding yet. I am very much worried. even he has got small holes on his teeth too. it's serious of course but how do I stop the cavity to grow?

A. please visit the dentist and get all the cavities filled now itself as otherwise the decay will increase. also start brushing your child's teeth using a grain size of kids age appropriate fluoridated toothpaste twice a day.

A. My kid won't allow doctor to do filling, he will cry at top of his voice and won't understand. is it ok to brush his teeth only with fluoride paste. will that b enough to stop the cavity from growing!
