Hi I am a mother of 1yr 8m old my question is how to give her milk at night for good continuous sleep... I stop breastfeeding from 2days so she not sleep well at night so please tell me TIA

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl4 years agoA. sleep s not about milk. good sleep helps with brain growth .can do various sleep tricks .make baby sleep in a adequate environment and room temperature . Make baby wear comfortable clothing .
Baby should be well fed at sleep time . Can sing a lullaby or play some light music . Can also swing baby in arms gently for easy sleep . Should be no disturbances in sleep .
