Q.

Hi I am a mother of 1. 5 years baby. I want to know which rasam is good for baby. Is it tomato or tamarind.

A. can give both tamarind and tomato rasam No food restrictions, can give everything. Don't cook separate for ur baby, give him or her same food what your eat .
