Continue Calcium supplement which is enrich with Vitamin D till you exclusive breastfeeding.
Adequate fluids to stay hydrated which includes 2 to 3 liters per day.

Milk and milk products including curd, cheese, and paneer are good sources of calcium. Leafy vegetables like spinach and kale are rich in calcium but must be consumed with care to avoid indigestion.
