hi...i am a lactating mother of 2 and half month old baby...can i consume sugar free natura in my diet???

A. Hello mom would not suggest any sort of artificial products , as these are artificial sweeteners as well , try to have natural foods as Possible as that has an effect on over all health

Q. my six and a half month baby is having a hairfall. many people told me that it is because of deficiency of iron & proteins in her diet. to fix that, i make her consume daal paani, apple puree, spinach puree. how can i add anaar in her diet? in the form of anaar ka juice? also, can i add a pinch of sugar in that juice? since my baby does not consume anything without sugar. sometimes it is very tough for me to make her finish her daal paani.
