hi I am 9weeks 7days pregnant. I fall down on tummy as I didn't notice any pain in tummy bt my knee get hurt, I am very afraid plz help me with your valuable suggestions what should I do now

If any spotting, bleeding or pain abdomen see your doctor
For other injuries according to severity see a orthopedic

and luckily I didn't get any spot or bleeding even no pain as such,is it a good sign or need to worry
