Hi I am 6months pregnant these days for dinner i only want to eat rice at nights is it okay to have rice afternoon n night

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl8 months agoA. Yes if you want to eat rice all the time you can rise is also very comforting food and you should actually eat that makes you happy and full and rice has its own benefits for the body if you really like to have rice all the time you can no problem
