hi I am 5 months pregnant now. Is it safe to eat fish eggs?

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician7 years agoA. Yes, you can eat, but in moderation and avoid eating at dinner. During pregnancy you should eat light and easily digestible foods which don't cause any acidity or gastric trouble. Drink plenty of liquids. Light ght walking is good.
