hi I am 5 months pregnant but I am not gaining wait is there any problem to baby if I am not gaining weight

HKMom of a 9 m old child11 months agoA. don't worry. it happens. this happened with me also at 2nd baby time because of less fat & carbohydrate consumption. eat whenever feels hungry.

Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old girl11 months agoA. hi well ,its normal to not gain much weight during inital phase of pregnancy but you should try to increase your weight as not gaining weight can lead to problem for you and your baby. so please create a meal plan that includes nutrient dense food items like green peas ,whole grains , nuts ,fresh fruits etc
