The okay try this is my recommended so take iron supplement with any juice most preferred as sweet Line have it with it in the evening just do it for a month and see if that helps and juice should be like not more than two or three that’s just good enough for you so if your haemoglobin does not increase at all then get yourself tested for thalassaemia
