hi I am 4 months pregnant now. can I drink 2 liters of lemon water daily?

A. Hello mam you can have as much as what are you want but not too much of lemon into it because lemon is to Citric in nature And can easily cause acidity and other issues so you need to have citric food in limitation. If you’re having much of a lemon you cannot have orange juice or anything else which is equally high in vitamin C and acidic in nature. So just to balance the amount of lemon you want to have per day
