Hi, I am 37 in age, Type 2 diabetic and 22 weeks pregnant. can you suggest which fruits would be advisable to eat? also, would like to know if i can include coconut in my diet. thanks

A. Healthy fruit choices include: Whole fruits rather than juices. They have more fiber. Citrus fruits, such as oranges, grapefruits, and tangerines. Fruit juices without added sugar.
