hi! I am 36 weeks pregnant. can I have brinjal and sour spinach (sorrel leaves)? is it safe . please let me know

You should take healthy diet with sufficient amounts of cereals and grains, pulses and legumes, vegetables and fruits, fruits and vegetables, milk and milk products, good fat. Include nuts and dry fruits, sprouts, fish, chicken, egg. Take rajma, paneer, chickpeas. Keep hydrated your body.

Sowmya MMom of 3 children5 years agoA. hello actually brinjal they say usually we should avoid having brinjal and about spinach it is good content of iron like you can have it but completed depends on your body nature also what suits you so better to avoid brinjal once in a while it is ok
