Hi, i am 3 months pregnant i have an 8 month old baby boy who is there my health does not support me and i didn't eat anything what can I do, vomiting and gastric problem

Yama actually planned your pregnancy Vedha Ali and your body was not probably ready to have another pregnancy and that’s why am going through all these things currently you should have iron calcium and multivitamin supplement along with that folic acid and please consult your gynaecologist he’ll help me with Peda medicines
