hi..I am 28 weeks pregnant...I don't feel like eating meat or eggs..what to eat to cover that up?

A. eat a lot of other protein rich foods like nuts or chickpeas. but whatever you eat you must eat in moderation. the amount of nutrients that you get from meat or egg may not be replaced with other foods equally. but try and eat all foods in moderation. a lot of pregnant women dont feel like eag non veg.
