Q.
Hi , I am 27 yrs old Mother of 1yr old baby girl breastfeeding. on last sunday i had watery diarrhea,vomiting and fever caused by food poisoning. i took diarrhea medicines ,it stopped, then i took fever medicine Dolo 650. My fever is reduced to 98.7 still i have pain in back neck ,leg cramp and severe headache which is unbearable and i couldn't able to sleep. Help please.

PrincyMom of a 5 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. Did you consulted a doctor for your health issue? It's not desirable to take medication on your own. You are having muscle pain and all right? Now what you can do is to consult a doctor and follow his/her prescription as soon as possible. Before that just drink enough water take nutritious and hygenic food and be careful about your baby.. Don't let your health issue affect your baby. Take care.

Hi mommy Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment Give healthy protein rich nutritious food take seasonal fruits and vegetables which is rich in all minerals and vitamins maintain hydration Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
