Q.

Hi, I am 23 weeks pregnant. Recently I started spotting and doctor prescribed me proluton injection for 4 weeks (once per week) alongwith dydrosure tablet twice daily. However, still I can see some spotting not fresh red blood but kind of brown blood with thick discharge. Kindly suggest and advice. Thank you!

A. The medication given by your doctor is adequate, but you need to take total bed. Rest for a few days, which will help recover the situation. And still if present, you should have proper examination with your doctor.
