Q.

Hi. I am 18 weeks pregnant and on bed rest due to placenta previa. In bed rest, am I allowed to sit with legs folded or do I have to just lie down all the time. Can I sit in upright position with kegs straight?

A. Yes you can sit with back supported and legs straight. You aren’t supposed to move about much or put any strain. Do not fold legs as that might put strain
