Hi I am 16 weeks and 4 days pregnant and still i haven’t got my appetite. I dont have nausea and vomiting now. Is it normal not feel hungry during 2nd trimester?

A. Hello dear! Be physically active as much as possible. Try yoga and meditation for better physical and mental health. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day. Keep your doctor posted about any changes or developments. Good luck and take care.
