Q.

Hi I am 12 weeks pregnant today evening I got blood spotting and cramps.is it normal to have in first trimester or i need to check with doctor? need your suggestion....

A. Your Gynecologist will give you the proper guidance regarding this after doing a proper examination and then only some needful advice can be given regarding this . so please consult your doctor once. Ine general you should take a healthy diet gufor yourself with plenty of liquids and also get a routine check up done
