Both the products are free from harmful chemicals. Wash your hair at least twice a week. This will help in gaining hair volume naturally. Give it a try.

Actually you should take multivitamin and iron and omega-3 that would be very good for you to use currently along with that also I’m going to recommend you that you should apply onion coconut oil which is going to be good for your hair to control hair fall
