hi how to control hairfall am losing lot of hair pls suggest me.

Some good foods for the same are strawberry, apples, rajma, prunes, etc. The antioxidants help strengthen the roots. Wash your scalp with a gentle anti-hair loss shampoo. Condition your hair to avoid breakage. Avoid Pulling And Tying Hair tightly. Take tablets for Vitamin B and C regularly Avoid coloring, straightening and perming your hair, as this may lead to hair loss., Use dove daily care shampoo and conditioner. Also indulekha oil massage twice a week.

smitha nMom of 2 children5 years agoA. do regularly apply oil which helps to prevent hair fall I suggest Momsco oil which is suitable for all the hair types made with natural essential oils and rich vitamins too

You must buy & use the Anti hairloss kit of Mamaearth Brand as it contains complete hair care products like oil, shampoo, conditioner p& tonic to get rid from hairfalls, very effective as i personally used it, available via first cry/ amazon in India.

s madaanMom of a 10 yr 3 m old girl6 years agoA. to control hair fall you need to make sure that you are regularly massaging over your scalp without any oil also you can do in at night before sleeping for 10 minutes and you have to apply onion Juice on your scalp
