A. Yes you can apply sun screen for your 3 year old child. While going out try to cover tge child with appropriate clothing and sun hats. Apply sunscreen on the rest of the exposed areas. You can try aveeno, mamaearth, cetaphil etc.,Most of the vrands are good. But every child is different. So get a small pack, do a patch test on ur childs legs and see if it suits him.
