hi . hello doctor.. am giving both FM/BM to my baby since i assume i have low supply. please advice how to ensure BM s sufficient to my baby.

A. hello ypu may express your milk using Babyhug breastpump and check if the bm is sufficient or you can even check in baby growth but since you give both fm and bm you may not know exactly so express your milk and check if the bm is sufficient or not
