Hi, Had preeclampsia and delivered at 32week.Got lower back pain plz help. Yesterday had diaherria and vomiting so tested sugar it was 115 is it normal?

Vomiting and diarrhoea can be due to gastritis that tested blood sugar is normal. the back pain is due to to the pressure effects of uterus during pregnancy do some back strengthening exercises and physiotherapy and the the back pain will resolve
