hi gud morning my 1 year daughter having high grade fever from last 3 days without any cough and cold but some time little cough while having feed . no loose motions no vomit . fever also up and down not continues. please advise something

NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello give paracetamol once in every 6 hrs which can help and any concern then it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly which is better and also safe too
