Q.

hi gud afternoon my daughter has 3&1/2years old.just before she dropped an silver anklet screw in her stomach. can u tell any solution for this.

A. hi, your child is 3&1/2 years old now. see if she has any breathing discomfort if not screw must have passed into stomach now you need to feed her bulk forming agents like banana, apple,rice etc so the screw will pass with ease through the intestine to the outside with the poop. watch for any abdominal pain,if any rush immediately to a hospital and get a x-ray done to see the position of screw and get your pediatrician opinion

A. If the screw went straight into the tummy it can pass out in the motion. But u cannot be sure of it until the doctor medically intervenes and finds out. There are chances the screw xould have stuck somewhere in between. So its better to get the baby examined by your pediatrician once.
