Yes you can give, Eggs can be introduced to your baby whenever they are ready to begin eating solid foods and is a nutritious addition to a baby's first foods. In fact, feeding your baby eggs before age 1 is specifically recommended because doing so may provide some protection against developing a food allergy to eggs.
